While Lionel Messi debuted with Inter Miami on July 21, 2023, the excitement around MLS continues. After the team's smashing success thus far with The Leagues Cup—a month-long tournament that pits MLS teams against Liga MX—it all comes down to the final match.

Inter Miami, with Lionel Messi sporting number 10, will take on Nashville SC this evening, August 19, 2023. And similar to one of soccer's greatest debuts, the easiest and most seamless way to watch The Leagues Cup final and the forthcoming regular season matches are on Apple TV with MLS Season Pass.

Ahead we're breaking down how to watch the 2023 Leagues Cup Final match, including all the epic moments that Messi will ensure.

How to Watch the Leagues Cup Final Between Inter Miami and Nashville SC

The final match of the League Cup takes place at 9 PM ET on August 19, 2023. It’ll be streaming live on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV—accessible from several smart TV interfaces and on a bevy of Apple devices—and showing the best angles of Inter Miami against Nashville SC.

To watch in real-time, you’ll open the Apple TV app on your device, head to the Sports section via the top navigation bar, and select the game. Chances are it will also be in the featured sport for easy access, but it’s best to sign in and start the process a few minutes before it kicks off at 9 PM ET. You’ll enjoy the live broadcast with sleek angles and graphics as Inter Miami takes on Nashville SC for the finale of the Leagues Cup.

Additionally, before the final match with Messi on the pitch, Philadelphia Union will take on CF Monterrey of Liga MX at 6 PM ET for the Leagues Cup Third Place Match. It will be streaming on Apple TV, and MLS Season Pass subscribers can access it.

How to Sign-Up for MLS Season Pass and Devices to Stream it on

With a subscription MLS Season Pass on Apple TV, you’ll get access to the final match and on-demand playback of the other Leagues Gup matches and the rest of the MLS Season. The new service apart of Apple TV is the centerpiece of Apple and MLS’s 10-year deal. You also get access to shows about the sport, documentaries about players like Messi, and much more.

It’s the official way to watch any MLS Match, and since it’s mid-season, you can also score a pretty terrific deal. If you already subscribe to Apple TV+, you can get MLS Season Pass for just $39, and if you don’t, the service is $49 for the rest of 2023. That’s a significant saving from the regular $79 a year for Apple TV+ subscribers or $99 without that subscription. Monthly MLS Season Pass is $14.99 a month without Apple TV+ or $12.99 a month with it.

We’d suggest taking advantage of the deal and signing up for MLS Season Pass and Apple TV+ here. You get access to the on-demand earlier matches as part of the Leagues Cup, the finales, and the rest of the MLS season, including all of Messi’s games.

The Apple TV app is available on many devices, meaning you can access MLS Season Pass and watch it from nearly anywhere. As you might suspect, the Apple TV app is on the iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV 4K, on the web, and many TV interfaces. The Apple TV app is on Samsung, LG, Vizio, and Sony TVs as well as Roku, Fire TV, and Google TV interfaces. The Apple TV app is available for download if you have a PlayStation 5 or Xbox console.

One of the best experiences to watch is on an Apple TV 4K streaming box, as you can watch up to four games at once thanks to multi-view and can control the whole experience with Siri. You can even get alerts that flash through as notifications in the top right corner that remind you when a match is beginning.
